Health Check Up

Procedure Details

1
Patient registration and the creation of a medical record file will be conducted. Important documents, such as an ID card/passport and marriage certificate, will be reviewed before admitting new patients.
2
The nurse will conduct an assessment by interviewing the patient, recording the history of infertility, and performing an initial physical examination before the patient meets with the doctor. This also includes laboratory analyses, such as blood tests and hormone level measurements.
3
The patient will meet with a doctor for an evaluation to determine the cause of infertility. The doctor will ask about symptoms and related medical history, along with reviewing any previous medical records.
Male Physical Examination
The doctor will inquire about the results of a semen analysis. If the male partner has not yet undergone this test, a semen sample will be collected to assess the quantity, quality, and morphology of the sperm. This will help diagnose male infertility.
Female Physical Examination
The doctor will perform a pelvic examination (Per Vaginal examination: PV) and a Transvaginal ultrasound (TVS). These assessments will help determine the most appropriate treatment options, such as IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) or ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection).
4
The nurse, together with customer service staff, will provide consultation and recommend treatment packages according to the doctor's orders. Before undergoing any fertility treatment, all patients are required to sign a consent form to agree to the use of assisted reproductive technology.
5
An appointment will be scheduled, and patients will be asked to evaluate their satisfaction with the treatment received. This feedback will be used to enhance and improve the efficiency of our services.
