In 2023, the company organized training programs to enhance employee capabilities. This included both in-house training for employees and management, as well as encouraging employees to attend specialized skill training courses through external public training. The training programs covered subjects related to employees' responsibilities, as well as topics on international standards and good corporate governance practices.

Building Organizational Culture

The company prioritizes human resources as a key driver for sustainable growth and success in alignment with its vision, mission, and goals. This is achieved on the foundation of equality and non-discrimination. The company has established a concept for building organizational culture, which serves as the basis for fostering positive shared behaviors. To ensure that the organizational culture development plan is both effective and efficient, the company is considering conducting a survey to assess the alignment of employee behaviors with the company's culture. This plan is currently under review and in the drafting stage, with progress updates to be reported in due course.

Community Involvement and Social Activities

The company is mindful of its responsibility towards all stakeholder groups and the potential impact on society and the environment. Therefore, it places great importance on organizing both internal and external activities. From 2021 to 2023, the company has carried out CSR activities to support the community and society.
