• Blood collection and DNA extraction from blood samples
• Measure the quality of DNA extracted from blood samples
• Prepare DNA samples for analysis using whole-exome sequencing (WES)
method
• Design primer to be specific to the target gene
• PCR and test the specificity of primers with techniques Gel-electrophoresis

October 2019 - Present Inspire IVF Clinic (Bangkok) Scientist of Genetics Laboratory
• Increase genetic material of samples with whole-genome amplification.
• Setup genetics lab for preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) and perform PGT by SNP microarray and Karyomapping with illumina platform
• Prepare reagents and chemicals used in the laboratory
